The future of our world is in the hands of entrepreneurs. There is no other way around it. Only people with true passion and motivation for a project will ever succeed in making that passion into tangible realities and more importantly into a sustainable way of living. The good news is, we all have the potential to be entrepreneurs. No matter what your life path is, entrepreneurship can be born within all of us. Who’s going to lead the Green Revolution in energy? One of us. Who’s going to start the next biggest innovation in clothing retail? One of us. Who’s going to create the next Forbes 500 company? One of us. I think you get the picture.

Whoops, looks like I lied. I apologize for mis speaking, because it turns out in reality, as pointed out beautifully in this Talk by Ernesto Sirolli, founder of the famous Sirolli Institute, that entrepreneurs never do it alone. In order to allow the innovator in all of us to fully bloom and be successful, we have to interact and mingle with others among the 7 billion force of entrepreneurs that is the human population. So how do we help each other achieve our goals, rack in big pay days, and ultimately improve the world around us? We shut up and listen!

Sirolli is a very funny and brilliant man, so take the time to watch him make his point.

What is the biggest thing holding entrepreneurs back in our world today?
