It might feel like we were just virtually transported to Star Trek, but this is real life. Google Glass is the latest technology coming out at the “reasonable” price of $1500. They’re essentially glasses, with a camera, that can continuously stream information, videos, pictures, everything, all within your normal view.

My roommates and I have been doing this thing where we put our phones face down on the table during dinners so that we can actually talk to each other. What are people going to do now that these social media and technological worlds will literally be intertwined into our perceived reality? What about texting and driving laws; how will those adapt?

Is this freaking you out as much as its freaking me out?
